Krisann is originally from the Heart of the Black Hills—Deadwood, South Dakota. She has a BS in Addictions Counseling and an MBA in Accounting. While she excels in organization, numbers, and hospitality she admits that she struggles to herd her beloved cats at home and that she shouldn't give motorcycle riding lessons. When she's not greeting people at the office doors and answering phone calls you can find her gardening and playing musical instruments with her husband, Don.
